TERRIFIC TUESDAYS REGISTRATION FORM:

PARENTS: PLEASE NOTE THAT A SUMMER MEDICAL RELEASE FORM WILL NEED TO BE COMPLETED PER FAMILY WHEN YOU COME TO REGISTER/PAY FOR EVENT. THIS FORM CAN BE PICKED UP AT THE CHURCH OFFICE, Monday through Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. or on Sundays during Worship hours.

JUNE 4TH: 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. COST: $5.00
EVENT: FBC GYM - VBS MUSIC & PAINTING
DETAILS FOR EVENT:
We will be learning the VBS music choreography and also have a painting class!
For lunch we will be having VBS theme related foods... come find out!
JUNE 25TH: 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. COST: $15.00
EVENT: DISCOVERY SCIENCE PLACE - TYLER, TEXAS
DETAILS FOR EVENT:
We will be going to the Discovery Science Place in Tyler.
The Discovery Science Place, offers a dynamic children's museum where young minds have the freedom to examine, play, and find wonder in the world around them.
For lunch, we will be going to CiCi's Pizza!
JULY 9TH: 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. COST: $5.00
EVENT: FBC GYM - GAMES AND MOVIE
DETAILS FOR EVENT:
We will be playing some exciting games and watching a movie & enjoy eating popcorn!
For lunch we will be having chicken strips & French fries!
JULY 23RD: 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. COST: $20.00
EVENT: URBAN AIR - TYLER, TEXAS & LUNCH AT CHICK-FIL-A
DETAILS FOR EVENT:
We are going to Urban Air, where the kids can jump, soar, race, climb, and play!
For lunch we will be going to Chick-Fil-A.
**Don't forget your Urban Air socks!

EVENT: BACK TO SCHOOL BASH @ SPLASH KINGDOM
& BRING A SACK LUNCH
DETAILS FOR EVENT:
For our Back-to-School Bash we are going to Splash Kingdom Waterpark in Canton for a fun day at the water park! For lunch we will be eating a sack lunch that each child brings.
**Don't forget sunscreen & a towel! (If your child has a season pass they can bring that & not pay $20)
