TERRIFIC TUESDAYS REGISTRATION FORM:

PARENTS: PLEASE NOTE THAT A SUMMER MEDICAL RELEASE FORM WILL NEED TO BE COMPLETED PER CHILD WHEN YOU COME TO REGISTER/PAY FOR EVENT. THIS FORM CAN BE PRINTED BELOW & COMPLETED, OR picked up at the Church Office on Monday, Wednesday or Friday: 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. or on Sundays during Worship hours.

JUNE 10TH: 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. COST: $5.00
EVENT: FBC GYM - VBS MUSIC, CRAFTS & PIZZA
DETAILS FOR EVENT:
We will be learning the VBS music choreography and also doing some fun crafts!
For lunch we will be having PIZZA!
JUNE 24TH: 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. COST: $20.00
EVENT: TEXAS ZOOFARI PARK - KAUFMAN & TACO CASA
DETAILS FOR EVENT:
We will be going to the Texas Zoofari Park in Kaufman. The Texas Zoofari Park, offers visitors the opportunity to see and feed animals up close in a covered wagon in their safari drive-thru attraction. For lunch, we will be going to Taco Casa!
JULY 8TH: 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. COST: $15.00
EVENT: FBC GYM, YES DAY JUMP PARK & BRING A SACK LUNCH
DETAILS FOR EVENT:
We will be having fun playing games in the gym during the morning, eating our sack lunches, and then going to Yes Day Jump Park in Wills Point! *BRING A SACK LUNCH
JULY 15TH: 10:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. COST: $20.00**
EVENT: SPLASH KINGDOM & BRING A SACK LUNCH
DETAILS FOR EVENT:
We are going to Splash Kingdom Waterpark in Canton for a fun day at the water park! For lunch we will be eating a sack lunch that each child brings. **Don't forget sunscreen & a towel!
**COST IS $20.00 - If you don't have a season pass! *BRING A SACK LUNCH

EVENT: BACK TO SCHOOL BASH @ CHERRY CREEK PARK IN CANTON
& BRING A SACK LUNCH
DETAILS FOR EVENT:
For our Back-to-School Bash we will be enjoying a great day of fun at Cherry Creek Park in Canton and bringing a sack lunch to eat at the park. We will come back to the church and enjoy snow cones! This will be a fun day to end our summer events! *BRING A SACK LUNCH
