TERRIFIC TUESDAYS REGISTRATION FORM:

PARENTS: PLEASE NOTE THAT A SUMMER MEDICAL RELEASE FORM WILL NEED TO BE COMPLETED PER FAMILY WHEN YOU COME TO REGISTER/PAY FOR EVENT. THIS FORM CAN BE PICKED UP AT THE CHURCH OFFICE, Monday through Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. or on Sundays during Worship hours.
TERRIFIC TUESDAY EVENTS:
JUNE 6TH: 10:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. COST: $5.00
EVENT: FBC GYM - VBS MUSIC & PAINTING
DETAILS FOR EVENT:
We will be learning the VBS music choreography and also have a painting class!
For lunch we will be having VBS theme related foods... come find out!
JUNE 20TH: 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. COST: $15.00
EVENT: TEXAS ZOOFARI PARK - KAUFMAN, TEXAS
DETAILS FOR EVENT:
We will be going to the Texas Zoofari Park in Kaufman.
The Texas Zoofari Park, located in Kaufman, offers visitors the opportunity to see
and feed animals up close to their vehicles in the safari drive-thru attraction.
For lunch, we will be going to Taco Casa!
JULY 11TH: 10:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. COST: $15.00
EVENT: URBAN AIR - TYLER, TEXAS
DETAILS FOR EVENT:
We will be going to Urban Air, where the kids can jump, soar, race, climb, and play!
For lunch we will be going to CiCi's Pizza.
**Don't forget socks!
JULY 18TH: 10:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. COST: $5.00
EVENT: FBC GYM - GAMES AND MOVIE
DETAILS FOR EVENT:
We will be playing some exciting games and watching a movie & enjoy eating popcorn!
For lunch we will be having chicken strips & French fries!
AUGUST 1ST: 10:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. COST: $5.00
EVENT: BACK TO SCHOOL BASH AT THE CHURCH & PIZZAS
DETAILS FOR EVENT:
We will be enjoying a fun day at the church. We will be making a fun craft
and also enjoy playing on a water slide.
For lunch, we will be having pizza and also enjoying snow cones!
This will be a fun day to end our summer events!
AUGUST 8TH: 10:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. COST: $20.00
EVENT: SPLASH KINGDOM & BRING A SACK LUNCH
DETAILS FOR EVENT:
We are going to Splash Kingdom Waterpark in Canton for a fun day at the water park!
For lunch we will be eating a sack lunch that each child brings.
**Don't forget sunscreen & a towel!
